When your order has been picked and packed, you will receive an email informing that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and is on its way to you.
Each can will be shipped on the first working day of the month, every 4 months. This means that if you purchased the subscription on January 15th, the first can will be shipped on February 1st, the second can on June 1st and the last one on October 1st. We want to provide you with the best oil you can ask for. We therefore keep it in special containers that preserve its freshness. The can we ship to you is filled just before shipping and is best consumed within 4 months of opening. That's why we prefer to give you time to use up all the oil before you receive the next can. Yes, you can suspend it at any time in your account area, in the "My subscriptions" section. If you suspend your subscription you will no longer receive any oil cans, until you unlock the shipments, always by logging into your account.
Sadly, no. We are based in Italy and cannot ship out of Europe yet. But we are working on that;)
If you subscribe to our subscription plan you won't pay any delivery fee!
However, if you prefer to purchase a single order, then the cost will vary according to the location.
You can unsubscribe whenever you want. However, we cannot process a refund for the yearly deliveries you've already paid for. If you are unsure about your purchase, we suggest you to purchase the liliBeo bottle and try our product first!

You can select the date until when you want to suspend it. Starting from that day the deliveries will restart according to your subscription plan.

We want to provide the best olive oil you could ask for. We storage the olive oil in the proper silo to keep the olive oil fresh. The tin we send you is filled just before the delivery and it's better if consumed within 4 months. That's why we would like to give you the time to consume the olive oil before receiving the next one. However, if you need more olive oil, you can ask for a customized subscription, just fill the form in the Subscription page.
